About the Role
  • We are looking for a highly motivated individual to develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies that increase footfall, membership sales, repeat bookings, and event revenue.
  • The successful candidate will create data-driven performance marketing campaigns across digital, social media, SEM, PPC, and traditional channels.
  • This role involves driving customer engagement and retention strategies to maximize lifetime value.
  • The ideal candidate will identify new revenue streams and upsell opportunities, seasonal packages, memberships, and corporate plans.
  • They will also implement referral and loyalty programs to increase repeat business.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & Execution
  • The chosen candidate will design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • They will collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
  • The successful professional will develop and implement multi-channel lead generation strategies, including social media, search ads, email, and WhatsApp.
  • They will optimize landing pages, CTAs, and lead forms to improve conversion rates.
  • Nurturing and converting leads through targeted campaigns is a key aspect of this role.
Events, Partnerships & BTL Activations
  • The ideal candidate will develop high-impact on-ground activations, brand collaborations, and influencer marketing programs.
  • They will expand our presence through corporate tie-ups, school programs, and affiliate marketing.
Data Analytics & Customer Insights
  • Leveraging analytics tools to track marketing performance, consumer behavior, and ROI is essential in this role.
  • The successful candidate will optimize strategies based on data-driven insights to improve lead conversion and engagement.
  • Conducting customer surveys, NPS tracking, and competitive benchmarking is also part of this position.
Team Leadership & Vendor Management
  • Managing relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and influencers is a critical aspect of this role.
