Job Title: Key Growth Strategist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading business expansion in the pediatric vaccines division. The individual should have a strong background in pediatric therapy, with an understanding of disease prevalence, incidence, prevention, and treatment options.

Key responsibilities include environmental scanning to identify opportunities for increasing access to vaccines, positioning brands using strategic inputs and marketing recommendations, forecasting and managing inventory at distributors.

The successful candidate will also be expected to follow company guidelines and SOPs, prepare and execute business plans aligned with territory performance and strategic objectives.
