Job Title: Sales Manager
About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in the CGD sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales and business development, along with a deep understanding of CNG/PNG/CBG processes and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Sales Plans: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives within the CGD sector.
- Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion, client acquisition, and partnership development.
- Build Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CGD companies, government agencies, and industry associations.
- Lead Sales Team: Lead the sales team in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide Market Insights: Provide market insights, competitive analysis, and feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on the CGD sector.
- Track Record: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Skills: Deep understanding of CNG, PNG, and CBG processes, equipment, and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
