We offer a competitive fixed salary plus incentives ranging from ₹25 lakhs to ₹40 lakhs per annum based on experience and performance.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Director to lead our growing team in Noida. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth through effective leadership and sales strategies.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team of real estate agents providing guidance, support, and coaching to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and initiatives to drive business growth and market share.
  3. Monitor and analyze team performance metrics such as sales revenue, conversion rates, and client satisfaction, taking corrective actions as needed.
  4. Recruit, train, and onboard new team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  5. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and goal-setting sessions to motivate and engage team members.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales activities.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in real estate sales with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and CRM tools.
