Job Overview

This role involves planning and prioritizing work to support the delivery lifecycle, collaborating with leads to ensure successful project outcomes, and maintaining open communication with the project team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather business requirements for Absence or Time Tracking needs and define solutions that meet these requirements.
  • Design Workday configurations to address client needs and conduct verification sessions to ensure accuracy.
  • Configure Workday based on defined workbooks and perform self-reviews to ensure quality.
  • Assist clients in testing Workday modules and provide production support post-deployment.
  • Migrate Workday solutions to production environments and assist with rollout activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent technical and functional skills across multiple areas, including complex solution development and delivery.
  • Thorough knowledge of Workday configuration, including Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll.
  • Strong understanding of Workday object modeling and solution design approaches.
  • Demonstrated expertise in at least one Workday module (Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll).
