Integration Professional Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Integration Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday integration technologies and excellent analytical skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integrations between Workday and various external systems. This includes troubleshooting of issues reported by the HRIS/business users.

This role requires close collaboration with HRIS and business users to understand requirements and translate those into scalable integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workday Integration Ownership: Own and manage Workday integrations and reports.
  • Integration Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations using EIBs, Connectors, and Workday Studio.
  • Custom Reports and APIs: Build custom reports and APIs (REST and SOAP) to meet business requirements.
  • Documentation and Support: Document integration designs and solutions, and provide support to business users.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure data exchanged with third-party systems is secure and compliant.
  • User Collaboration: Work closely with HRIS and business users to understand pain points and design effective integration solutions.

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

  • Integration Experience: Proficient in building complex Studio Integrations.
  • Workday Expertise: Strong experience in Workday HCM, including hands-on experience with Developer tools like Studio, Oxygen, Postman/SOAP UI or equivalent.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to work with business users to gather requirements and ensure documentation is up-to-date.
  • Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of Workday integration tools, including EIBs, Core Connector, and Workday Studio.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication and user interaction skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Degree: Preferred Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
