Business Development Officer

Acquire and activate high-value CASA accounts to drive business growth.
Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and preferences.
Develop and execute strategies to cross-sell life insurance products, mutual funds, gold, trade/FX, and assets to existing CASA customers.
Ensure timely submission of MIS reports to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain compliance with Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Escalate issues impacting business and provide solutions to address customer concerns.
Ensure the safety and security of Bank and customer assets.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of CASA products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and priorities.
Strong knowledge of Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
