Digital Marketing Leader
">Our ideal candidate will develop cutting-edge digital marketing strategies, combining SEO, PPC, and other tactics to drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain a strong social media presence.
- Develop and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presences: monitor and analyze content success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create advertisements, landing pages, and optimize user experience.
Brand Development:
- Implement campaigns for brand visibility and brand building.
- Focus on brand-related ATL strategies.
Digital Growth:
- Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns.
- Provide internal reports on a regular basis.
- Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms.
Performance Metrics:
- Implement and analyze performance metrics.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessments against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize campaigns.
Innovation & Collaboration:
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies.
- Evaluate emerging technologies.
- Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information.
- Contact, interview, and hire third-party graphic designers, web designers, and videographers to create unique and engaging content (as and when required).
Team Leadership:
- Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Develop and manage projects and team members, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and budget, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, with 10-12 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages.
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics.
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
