Digital Marketing Leader

Our ideal candidate will develop cutting-edge digital marketing strategies, combining SEO, PPC, and other tactics to drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain a strong social media presence.
  • Develop and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presences: monitor and analyze content success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create advertisements, landing pages, and optimize user experience.

Brand Development:

  • Implement campaigns for brand visibility and brand building.
  • Focus on brand-related ATL strategies.

Digital Growth:

  • Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns.
  • Provide internal reports on a regular basis.
  • Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms.

Performance Metrics:

  • Implement and analyze performance metrics.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessments against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize campaigns.

Innovation & Collaboration:

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies.
  • Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information.
  • Contact, interview, and hire third-party graphic designers, web designers, and videographers to create unique and engaging content (as and when required).

Team Leadership:

  • Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Develop and manage projects and team members, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and budget, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, with 10-12 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
