As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing roadmap, assisting in product development aligned with business goals, conducting primary and secondary market research, developing product concepts and working with cross-functional teams, executing marketing plans and improving processes, coordinating product launches, campaigns, and agencies, creating briefs for packaging, creative, and digital, and collaborating with teams for smooth execution.
Key responsibilities include:

Requirements include:
- Postgraduate degree with minimum 4 years of experience in brand management preferably in FMCG
- Strong functional marketing knowledge across brand communication, activation, consumer insights, and new product development

- High initiative and ownership
- Creativity, passion, flexibility, and persistence
- Effective communication, presentation, and MS office skills
