Job Description:

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Integration Lead to drive strategic delivery across our global IT ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Management & Onboarding Process: Develop and manage the Demand management & onboarding process for initiatives/projects requiring Digital Backbone integration.
  • Project Leadership: Deliver end-to-end integration projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and architectural standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources, including team members, technology assets, and budget.
  • Methodology & Process: Implement agile and other project management methodologies to ensure predictable and high-quality delivery.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Technical Acumen: Possess a good understanding of integration technologies (e.g., APIs, Events, message queues) to guide technical teams and make informed decisions.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in leading delivery or project management role, specifically within Integration domain.
  • Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of API-led connectivity, Event Driven Architecture, data integration patterns, and cloud-based integration services.
  • Agile Methodologies: Proven experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and other project management methodologies.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a cross-functional team.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
