Job Title: Strategic Design Leader

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a comprehensive understanding of project scope and objectives. They will prepare and articulate detailed design briefs aligned with client vision, and propose optimal architectural plans that balance functionality, aesthetics, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop in-depth understanding of project scope and objectives
  • Prepare and communicate detailed design briefs
  • Propose strategic architectural plans
  • Coordinate plan submissions and secure approvals from relevant authorities
  • Engage external consultants to support the project's success
  • Ensure design integrity is upheld throughout project development and execution
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracting processes
  • Oversee design coordination with internal teams
  • Bridge creative design intent and practical project delivery

Requirements:

  • 4–10 years of professional experience in architecture or related field
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and regulatory requirements
  • Proven ability to lead design development and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience coordinating with consultants and vendors
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong sense of design integrity and ability to translate concepts into executable plans
  • Experience in hospitality projects is highly desirable
