Job Title: The Role of an HR Strategist

We are looking for a seasoned Human Resource Manager to spearhead our organization's people initiatives. This key role requires a results-driven professional who can bridge the gap between our company vision and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Management: Develop and implement strategies to enhance talent acquisition, retention, and development. Create a pipeline of high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing and partnerships with top universities.
  • Policy & Compliance: Design and enforce policies aligned with labor laws and regulatory requirements. Ensure seamless compliance across regions.
  • Employee Experience: Foster a positive work environment by designing engaging initiatives that promote inclusivity and employee satisfaction. Conduct regular check-ins to understand concerns and drive solutions.
  • Performance & Development: Implement performance management systems, including KRAs, KPIs, and appraisal cycles. Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and develop training programs.
  • HR Operations: Manage HRIS platforms for attendance, leaves, performance, and employee data. Generate insights for leadership to support informed decision-making.

Required Skills:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on talent management, policy development, and employee engagement.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful HR initiatives and achieving business objectives.
