Project Delivery Specialist

  • We are seeking a skilled professional to lead project delivery for our Cards and Payment domain.
  • This role will be responsible for developing project plans, defining project scope, tracking and monitoring projects from inception to closure while adhering to group standards and controls.
  • The ideal candidate should have knowledge on card issuing and transaction acquiring processing and standards.
  • Experience with ISO8583 messaging standard protocols is essential.
  • This position involves developing solutions, stakeholder management, vendor and financial management, and delivering developed solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving, team, and time management skills are required.
  • Experience in banking or financial services industry is desirable.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles and excellent communication skills are must-haves.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • B.Tech or B.E. or MBA degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related IT area.
  • 6-10 years of experience in the field.
  • Strong technical competencies include knowledge of card issuance/management, digital channels interface, encryption, HSM, and ISO8583 messaging standards.
  • Familiarity with EMV contact/contactless, VISA/Mastercard card issuing & acquiring, scheme compliance requirements, and PCI DSS/PA DSS compliance requirements.
  • Experience in web service integration and APIs, as well as knowledge of programming languages and emerging technologies.
