As a Product Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving real change by delivering high-quality products and tech solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee all deliveries, ensuring optimal resource utilization and timely delivery of products and tech solutions.
  2. Implement state-wide interventions with effective integration of product, insights, and program design.
  3. Collaborate with Government officials on data-driven program monitoring and insights generation.
  4. Manage technical stakeholders and delivery pipelines while communicating effectively with customers.
  5. Cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders in the Government and set strategic direction for all products.
  6. Lead by example and foster a performance-driven collaboration and problem-solving culture among team members.
  7. Provide strategic insights into product delivery lifecycle and cultivate young leaders within the team.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Technical Project Management, tech-driven program management, or Product Management experience in a B2G environment.
  • Functional knowledge/expertise across tech, product, and general management.
  • Strategic communication skills and ability to absorb delivery pressures from customers.
  • Problem-solving skills, especially in bringing clarity to less-defined problems.
  • Deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
  • Passion for impacting millions of children through technology.
  • Educational/Work background in Computer Science, Software Development, or Product Management.
  • Experience managing a diverse team of individual contributors and managers in a start-up-like environment.
