Global Pharma Product Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly visible leader with a can-do attitude and enthusiasm that inspires others to excel as a Key Delivery Champion.
About the RoleThe Key Delivery Champion will collaborate closely with the invoice and billing team in India to ensure they conduct thorough proof of delivery checks for every order and provide the necessary information to the billing and invoice team along with their approval to invoice the customer.
- Works closely with other delivery champions to manage transaction volumes.
- Has a solid understanding of Global Pharma Products and is aware of what delivery entails for those products.
- Monitors shipment and product delivery journals.
Responsibilities include verifying Proof of Delivery existence, facilitating the Billing team's communication with customers via invoices, working with pre-delivery teams to set up billing details for client invoicing, and reviewing product delivery order reports for SOX compliance.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in a professional capacity, preferably in Operations or Process Management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational, verbal, and analytical skills are required, as well as the ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment. A high level of proficiency in the local language is essential.
