We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Leader to oversee the successful delivery of projects. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will collaborate closely with them to understand their needs and provide guidance. You will be responsible for leading and managing delivery teams to ensure timely project completion within budget and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage cross-functional delivery teams, overseeing project managers, developers, and architects specializing in Salesforce delivery and migration.
  • Support talent acquisition and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities and deliver exceptional services.
  • Closely work with clients to meet their expectations and effectively manage project governance forums, collaborate with sales teams on proposals, and drive strategic initiatives for success.
  • Broaden your network by building strong relationships with key client stakeholders. Leverage these connections for account growth activities, ensuring cloud solutions align with industry standards and exceed client expectations.
  • Pursue problem-solving and decision-making through collaboration with cross-functional teams. Guide the pursuit team for technical solution design, estimation, planning, commercials, and proposal presentation.
  • Manage a large team of engineers, build and develop next-level delivery leaders, and oversee high-growth portfolios with significant revenue potential.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in the healthcare and life sciences domain, preferably with customers in Clinical, Pharma, Healthcare Payer, Provider domains.
  • Strong understanding of technology and product engineering to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Managing and leading highly skilled teams, including team leaders and product developers, to ensure timely delivery.
  • The ability to learn necessary domain and technology for programs or areas of engagement.
  • A minimum of 15 years' progressive experience in delivery leadership roles for software development and Salesforce management programs.
  • Proven track record of delivering leadership for a multi-customer portfolio with a mix of time-and-material engagements.
  • The ability to engage with CxOs/VPs/Director-level stakeholders.
  • A willingness to travel for client meetings (10%-25%).
