Senior Delivery Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage software development projects in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

The Senior Delivery Lead will be responsible for leading multiple concurrent, complex technology projects from onboarding through successful delivery across distributed squads. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to facilitate ceremonies and foster high-performance team dynamics to achieve rapid releases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple concurrent, complex technology projects from onboarding through successful delivery across distributed squads.
  • Foster high-performance team dynamics to achieve rapid releases.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to transform business needs into clear plans and delivery schedules.
  • Track project health with metrics like velocity, burn-down, throughput, and deadlines to internal leadership and external clients.
  • Identify and remove risks, roadblocks, and dependencies to maintain momentum.
  • Influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders by communicating trade-offs, progress, and strategic choices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5-10 years' experience managing software product delivery in SaaS or SportsTech sectors.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) is preferred.
