A seasoned delivery leader is required to spearhead our application delivery teams in Chennai, India.

  • 7-8+ years of experience in delivery leadership with a proven track record of success.
  • 4+ years of experience as an Agile lead, with a strong focus on team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain high levels of customer trust and confidence.
  • Willingness to extend, learn, and act as project coordinator and single point of contact for client stakeholders.
  • Experience handling client stakeholders with minimal dependency and driving entire project deliverables.

Key Skills:

  • Presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong MS Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Atlassian JIRA and Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to build strong relationships.
