Job Description

As a senior leader, you will oversee the full project lifecycle for high-priority and strategically important projects. You will provide leadership, drive project delivery, and ensure success by managing teams, stakeholders, resources, and risks while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cost, and timeline.

  • Lead large-scale and complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.
  • Work closely with senior business leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to define clear project goals, requirements, and deliverables.

Key aspects include:

  • Project planning and execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, setting clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Risk management: Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Resource allocation: Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and controlled costs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Project management expertise: Expertise in SAP also Strong proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
  • Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with project goals.
