Job Opportunity: Senior SAP Security Consultant

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior SAP Security Consultant. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP security principles and have expertise in security design, IT controls, and segregation of duties (SoD) across multiple SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute SAP security role redesign initiatives to align with business and compliance requirements.
  • Implement and manage security configurations for SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, TPM, APO, and CRM systems.
  • Ensure compliance with IT controls, SoD principles, and governance requirements.
  • Provide advisory services on best practices for SAP security design and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Work closely with control teams, auditors, and other stakeholders to ensure security policies align with regulatory standards.
  • Perform security risk assessments and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement security changes while ensuring minimal business disruption.
  • Independently manage security projects, including documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP Security, with a strong focus on role redesign.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, TPM, APO, and CRM security models.
  • Expertise in IT controls, risk management, and SoD principles.
  • Ability to provide strategic security advisory to customers on redesign approaches.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with compliance and control teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of GRC Access Control is a plus.
  • Experience with automation tools for role redesign is desirable.
  • SAP Security certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
