Senior SAP Security Consultant Position

Our organization is seeking a seasoned expert in SAP security to lead and execute role redesign initiatives.

Responsibilities include implementing and managing security configurations for various SAP systems, ensuring compliance with IT controls and governance requirements, and providing advisory services on best practices for SAP security design.

This role also involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure security policies align with regulatory standards, performing risk assessments, and recommending mitigation strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in SAP Security, with a strong focus on role redesign, as well as hands-on experience with multiple SAP systems.

A bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant certifications are highly desirable. Key skills include expertise in IT controls, risk management, and segregation of duties principles.

The selected individual will work independently and as part of a team, possessing excellent communication skills and the ability to manage projects from start to finish.

  • Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP Security
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, BW, TPM, APO, and CRM systems
  • Expertise in IT controls, risk management, and SoD principles
  • Ability to provide strategic security advisory to customers
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of GRC Access Control is a plus
  • Experience with automation tools for role redesign is desirable
  • SAP Security certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
