Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Security Consultant with a strong background in SAP Security and role redesign. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in security design, IT controls, and segregation of duties (SoD) principles across multiple SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute SAP security role redesign initiatives to align with business and compliance requirements.
  • Implement and manage security configurations for SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, BW, TPM, APO, and CRM systems.
  • Ensure compliance with IT controls , SoD principles, and governance requirements.
  • Provide advisory services on best practices for SAP security design and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Work closely with control teams, auditors, and other stakeholders to ensure security policies align with regulatory standards.
  • Perform security risk assessments and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement security changes while ensuring minimal business disruption.
  • Independently manage security projects, including documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP Security , with a strong focus on role redesign .
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, TPM, APO, and CRM security models.
  • Expertise in IT controls, risk management, and SoD principles .
  • Ability to provide strategic security advisory to customers on redesign approaches.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with compliance and control teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of GRC Access Control is a plus.
  • Knowledge (or) Experience For batch related objects ETCH_NAV, the purpose of NAV
  • S_BTCH_MAN - purpose of batch NAV for a background job
  • Experience with automation tools for role redesign is desirable.
  • SAP Security certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
