We are in search of a knowledgeable and experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant to enhance our consulting team. As an SAP FICO Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients in the realm of Financial Accounting and Control. You will utilize your expertise to design, implement, and optimize SAP FICO processes, enabling organizations to achieve their financial objectives effectively.

Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding client business processes, and providing strategic insights to improve financial reporting and compliance. You will be a vital part of the transformation journey of our clients as they leverage the power of SAP solutions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP FICO implementations and upgrades, ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
  • Configure SAP FICO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
  • Conduct thorough testing to validate configurations and ensure they meet business needs.
  • Provide training and support to end users, fostering a deeper understanding of SAP functionalities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance system performance and efficiency.
  • Work closely with other SAP functional areas to ensure seamless integration within the SAP landscape.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and industry standards.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP configurations for FICO modules.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with clients and team members.
