Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP FICO implementation projects from initiation through to completion.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Oversee the configuration, integration, and optimization of SAP FICO modules to improve financial reporting and performance.
- Mentor and support junior consultants, providing guidance on best practices and technical expertise.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment of SAP FICO functionalities with business processes and objectives.
- Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Propose enhancements and optimizations to existing systems based on evolving business needs and technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in SAP FICO with a proven track record of managing SAP projects and leading teams.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO functionalities, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
- Strong experience with SAP system integrations, particularly with other modules like MM and SD.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and interact with clients.
- Ability to analyze complex financial processes and devise strategic solutions.
- SAP certification in FICO is highly desirable.
