Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SAP Security & GRC Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SAP Security administer ration across various SAP modules and systems, with a strong focus on GRC Access Control and ERP provisioning. This role demands the ability to resolve authorization issues, manage user provisioning workflows, and ensure compliance with internal security policies and external audit requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day SAP ERP provisioning tasks, including ticket processing, reassignments, and troubleshooting user-reported issues.
  • Maintain a high standard of service by ensuring adherence to SLAs for various ticket types.
  • Execute remediation tasks such as removing inappropriate access and applying process improvements.
  • Monitor and respond to requests in the provisioning group mailbox.
  • Ensure proper deactivation of user accounts and removal of access for separated users.
  • Maintain and support employee access to Active Directory groups.
  • Support SAP releases and collaborate with teams during system upgrades or changes.
  • Assist in design/redesign and implementation of secure business processes.
  • Provide guidance on security governance, frameworks, policies, and SOD (Segregation of Duties).
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to recommend appropriate security strategies
  • Support internal and external SAP audits, including identification of risks and mitigation strategies
  • Configure and maintain SAP GRC Access Control (AC), including risk analysis and mitigation control assignment.

Requirements:


• 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security Administration.


• Proficient in security for SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW, SRM, HANA, and BOBJ.


• Strong experience in GRC Access Control configuration and rollout.


• Expertise in resolving authorization issues and troubleshooting security incidents.


• Experience with ITSM/ticketing systems and Microsoft Office tools for reporting and analysis.


• Familiarity with SAP audit processes, risk remediation, and compliance requirements.


• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple tasks.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications:


• SAP Certification in Security or GRC (optional but advantageous)


• Experience in working across global teams and complex SAP landscapes


• Knowledge of integration with non-SAP systems or cloud-based identity provisioning tools

Education:


• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or related field


• Preferred: Masters degree or relevant SAP certifications in Security/GRC
