  • Handle refunds and cancellations of domestic and international air tickets promptly.">
  • Coordinate the issuance of tickets, utilizing deal codes, bonus miles, and other rewards available to our clients.">
  • Adhere to established communication scripts when handling various topics.">
  • Collaborate with clients, implementation teams, and servicing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.">
  • Assist with follow-up invoicing and recoveries.">
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions or alternatives while offering relevant information, brochures, and publications to travelers.">
  • Build sustainable relationships by going above and beyond to meet our clients' expectations.">

  • Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS systems, and e-traveling platforms is required.">

  • Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends is beneficial.">
