As an Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for managing recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding. A strong understanding of business needs, market dynamics, and stakeholder management is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, interview, negotiate, and onboard candidates for assigned functions.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
  • Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Drive candidate engagement through structured communication and minimize drop-offs.
  • Track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, source mix, conversion ratios) and present reports to leadership.
  • Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent outreach campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-paced or start-up environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously with tight timelines.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using social media, headhunting, and direct search.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with accountability and deliver outcomes.
