Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Industrial Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers who are already utilizing our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a thorough understanding of the manufacturing processes of key customers to forecast consumables, spares, and additional capital equipment needs.
    • Utilize extensive knowledge of biopharma and sterile manufacturing processes to suggest value addition and improvements to existing manufacturing processes.
    • Foster excellent customer relationships and negotiate effectively to meet business objectives.
    • Possess strong communication skills and a pleasant personality to ensure successful collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
• 6-8 years of experience in industrial support or a related field.
    • Excellent knowledge of biopharma and sterile manufacturing processes.
    • Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
    • Ability to travel extensively.
