We're seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an industrial automation specialist.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, configuring, and integrating PLC systems with other automation components, such as sensors, drives, HMI, SCADA, and IO modules.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement PLC programs for automation systems using industry-standard PLC platforms with a strong background in Allen Bradley.
  • Configure and troubleshoot PLC systems in an industrial environment.
  • Perform system integration testing and validation of migrated SCADA systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SCADA system migration.
  • Design, configure, and develop HMI SCADA applications.
  • Perform FAT On-site commissioning of PLC SCADA Project.
  • Testing, Commissioning: Perform system testing and debugging ensuring that PLC controlled SCADA systems are operating according to specifications and requirements.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support during the installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases of projects.

Required Skills:

  • Hand-on experience in PLC, Allen Bradley; SCADA, Wonderware/Invensys.
  • PLC languages known: Ladder logic, FBD, STL, structured text.
  • Communication Protocol: PROFINET, PROFIBUS, DNP3, Modbus, Modbus TCP/IP, and Ethernet/IP.
  • OPC, Kepware Configuration.
  • Knowledge on Database, VBScripting.
