Business Development Strategist

Freudenberg is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Strategist to drive growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute professional product marketing plans for assigned market segments, maximizing visibility and success of our products and services.
- Participate in and prepare strategic and annual sales planning activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Define and implement product portfolio and price/profitability strategies, managing products throughout their lifecycle.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales potentials and drive development initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering trust and loyalty, driving long-term business success.
- Utilize business intelligence tools to gather insights and prepare reports and presentations for approvals and buy-in related to business development initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience.
- Specified Years of Industry-relevant professional experience.
- Relevant certifications, system experience, and training.
- Professional-Level English language skills preferred.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
