HRM INFO is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Strategist to lead the development and implementation of our business intelligence analytics platforms.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in data warehousing, SQL, and Python to join our team as a Senior Business Intelligence Strategist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and architecting best practices for our BI infrastructure, coordinating operational design, developing support plans, and providing support for applications.

In this role, you will also be responsible for managing Power BI Gateways, automating platform-related activities using scripting languages like PowerShell/Python/Shell scripting, and building CI/CD pipelines to check in and migrate Power BI datasets/dashboards/reports between workspaces.

You will also be responsible for building and supporting Power BI platform metrics such as user tracking/logging, usage monitoring, anomalies detection in published datasets, and reporting at an enterprise level.

This role requires strong leadership and vision skills to promote self-service BI and the overall data platform through communications, collateral, and training materials.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of related experience, including experience with developing and managing Business Intelligence solutions, reports leveraging Power BI technologies and tools, and intermediate/advanced knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts.

A Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent experience. The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
