As the pivotal leader of our clients' talent acquisition journey, you will steer them towards strategic excellence with unwavering commitment. Your role is central in aligning our global team, fostering a culture of innovation, and driving impactful talent delivery strategies.

Your key responsibilities include managing the onsite delivery team, ensuring successful execution of the talent acquisition strategy, and maintaining a strong, positive relationship with the client. You will be the main point of contact for the client and your delivery team, responsible for operational excellence, seamless delivery, and day-to-day operations.

The achievement of contract performance KPIs and SLAs, client satisfaction scores and feedback, program management, and effective management of complex, fast-paced delivery metrics are key performance indicators.

With a proven track record in technology hiring, program management, and team leadership, you possess strong consulting, leadership, management, and mentoring skills. You have demonstrated experience in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement, as well as the ability to resolve conflicts and gain cooperation among team members and clients.

As a results-driven individual with excellent written and oral communication skills, you excel in a complex environment and navigate ambiguity, uncertainty, and challenges with ease. Your commercial acumen and client-centric focus drive success, and your positive, problem-solving attitude is contagious.
