Student Admission Executive

The primary goal of this role is to provide exceptional support to the Admissions team and UEA Global team in delivering a high-quality service to stakeholders. This includes processing applications, ensuring compliance, and verifying documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and reviewing applications, transcripts, and other required documents
  • Assessing academic and English credentials for international student admissions
  • Verifying authenticity of academic documents and contacting applicants for pending information
  • Providing administrative support to the admissions team and UEA global team
  • Participating in weekly staff meetings and responding to inquiries
  • Conducting credibility interviews and verification with banks as required
  • Reviewing and coordinating mailboxes and uploading documentation daily

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Recent experience in admissions and documentation
  • Higher education environment experience
  • UK study experience
  • Proficiency in university student records systems

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to interpret application data and provide evidence-based reports
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong administration, planning, and IT skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of UKVI compliance
