Job Title: Conversion Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive conversions for Russell Group universities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in student counselling, in-depth knowledge of UK higher education trends, and the ability to guide students effectively on admissions, placements, and scholarships.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality counselling and personalized guidance to students throughout their application journey.

  • Handle offer holders and drive conversions for Russell Group universities.
  • Guide students with accurate and updated information on UK admissions, placements, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Coordinate with counsellors, provide regular training, and ensure they are well-informed about UK higher education trends.
  • Monitor and review team cases related to Russell Group universities.
  • Prepare and present weekly reports on conversion progress to management.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in student counselling for the UK.
  • Strong knowledge of Russell Group universities, programs, and application requirements.
  • Understanding of UK higher education market dynamics, placements, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent multitasking, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and team members.
