Role Description

- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Education Consultant, located in Bengaluru, India.
- You will be responsible for reaching out to potential students through calls, emails, WhatsApp to leads and explain course details, certification benefits, and career opportunities in Digital Marketing.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets.
- The role also involves preparing sales reports, presenting training programs to prospective clients, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- You are required to stay updated with industry trends and training needs to provide tailored solutions to clients.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, counseling, or business development (preferably in EdTech or the training industry).
- Languages Preferred: English, Kannada, Hindi.
- Ability to understand student needs and match them with the right solutions.
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the IT and training industry
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with telecalling, follow-ups, and working with CRM tools.
