Business Development Executive

The role of a Sales Manager at Designer Mulberry Spaces Pvt Ltd requires an individual with strong leadership and communication skills to drive business growth.

Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. They will work closely with the Director - Growth & Monetization to create revenue achievement strategies for specific categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the Director to develop sales strategies that meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales revenue.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering + MBA.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales management.
- Excellent communication (written, oral) and presentation skills.
- Relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in sales & marketing, brand consulting, sales budget, sales forecasting, negotiation skills.
