Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. They will work closely with the Director - Growth & Monetization to create revenue achievement strategies for specific categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Director to develop sales strategies that meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales revenue.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering + MBA.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales management.
  • Excellent communication (written, oral) and presentation skills.
  • Relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in sales & marketing, brand consulting, sales budget, sales forecasting, negotiation skills.
