Secured Loan Learning Program Director

One of the key challenges in lending is understanding the complex world of secured loans. As a Secured Loan Training Lead, you will be responsible for designing and delivering structured learning programs to help students and graduates navigate this landscape.
About the RoleOur ideal candidate combines loan product expertise with a passion for teaching and content creation. They must be able to simplify complex loan concepts for first-time learners and have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Key Responsibilities- Curriculum Design: Develop structured training modules with clear learning outcomes.
- Content Creation: Write scripts, PPTs, case studies, and assessments focused on secured loans.
- Delivery & Recording: Record high-quality sessions, coordinate with video editors, and ensure learner engagement.
- Certification Path: Define assessments, grading standards, and certification criteria.
- Continuous Updates: Keep modules updated with market and regulatory changes in secured lending.
- 3–5+ years of experience in secured loans (Home Loans, LAP, or Business Loans) in banking, NBFCs, or fintech.
- Experience in training, instructional design, or L&D preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English; strong on-camera presence.
- Ability to simplify complex loan concepts for first-time learners.
- Be part of shaping a career track for 12th-pass students, college learners, and graduates to learn & earn from anywhere.
- Work directly with our founding team to scale this movement nationwide.
