About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned trainer to spearhead our pioneering program designed to educate students and graduates on secured lending.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design structured training modules with clear learning objectives for Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Business Loans.
  • Develop engaging content, including scripts, PPTs, case studies, and assessments, focused solely on secured loans.
  • Create high-quality video lessons, coordinate with editors, and ensure learner engagement.
  • Define certification criteria, assessments, and grading standards.
  • Maintain module updates with market and regulatory changes in secured lending.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in secured loans (Home Loans, LAP, or Business Loans) in banking, NBFCs, or fintech.
  • Experience in training, instructional design, or L&D is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English; strong on-camera presence.
  • Ability to simplify complex loan concepts for first-time learners.
  • Familiarity with e-learning tools and LMS platforms is a plus.
