
Secure Loan Sales Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven sales professional to lead our secured loan sales team. As a Secure Loan Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, team management, and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales for loan against property business from cross-channel and open market channels.
- Ensure unilateral growth by adding new branches and expanding our presence in primary markets.
- Grow the direct sales team and focus on increased productivity, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Meet high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and explain various products related to loan against property, home finance, and working capital.
- Develop strong builder relations and tie-ups to focus on primary markets, promoting mutual growth and benefits.
- Project approvals of builders, ensuring timely completion of projects and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
- Drive additional revenue generation through cross-selling and multi-selling of insurance, CASA, credit cards, and other complementary products.
- Train and develop the direct sales team (DST) and door-to-door sales agents (DSAs), fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with internal teams for business, including credit, legal, technical, recovery, and operations, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in secured loan sales or a related field is mandatory.
