About the Role

As a Business Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business performance and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling business cases for upcoming projects, incorporating thorough cost-benefit analyses.
  • Analyze CAPEX vs OPEX investment decisions based on payback periods and risk factors.
  • Conduct thorough variance analysis at various levels, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure optimal pricing and drive cost savings.
  • Migrate finance operations towards an automated environment, enabling real-time reporting and analytics.
  • Partner with financial leaders to provide regular cost dashboards, trend analysis, and performance metrics.
Requirements

A Chartered Accountant with 4-8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Business Finance in a dynamic organization.
