Senior Financial Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to oversee factory accounting and financial controls, drive cost management, budget preparation, and financial forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage factory accounting operations.
  • Lead cost optimization initiatives and develop strategic budgets.
  • Monitor capex and opex planning and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards through internal audits.
  • Mentor and lead a team of finance professionals.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in finance and accounts.
  • Expertise in accounting control, cost management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of SAP Hana.
  • Degree in finance or related field.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Candidates from FMCG, FMCD, Pharma, and Automobile sectors only.
  • Short-notice period candidates will be preferred for this role.
  • Effective communication skills required.
