We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Director for Influencer Marketing to join our team. This role is responsible for generating revenue from agencies and direct clients by creating innovative influencer marketing plans and pitching them to clients.
The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of regional digital and media sales experience, a background in digital advertising, and a natural grasp of social media platforms. They must be able to leverage existing relationships, maximize market share, and analyze trends using current market information.
Key responsibilities include managing an existing team of commercial managers and executives, introducing new businesses while retaining key clients, and ensuring monthly and quarterly sales targets are achieved. The successful candidate will also be responsible for liaising closely with operations and production teams.
