As a Product Management leader at HCL Software, you will oversee the product strategy and execution of the roadmap for the Unica Marketing Platform.

You will be responsible for driving growth, retention, and satisfaction of customers and business partners, as well as the positive impact on the overall HCL Software business.

Your key areas of focus will include:

  • Developing major breakthrough features in response to market trends and competitive insights to address product gaps.
  • Creating a SAAS solution that leverages the existing strengths of the product, optimizing costs, and differentiating it in the market.
  • Executing the product roadmap with prioritization and precision, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will help establish HCL Software as a top ISV brand for Customer Experience platforms, drive strategic clarity for CX product differentiation, create well-defined major release roadmaps, work with Development and Customers to ensure the right features are built, and measure ongoing adoption and unblock barriers to upgrades.

To excel in this role, you must be able to work under pressure, prioritize workload, multitask, communicate effectively, influence cross-functional teams, and demonstrate a passion for winning in a competitive market.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in customer experience platforms, knowledge of using Aha or similar Product Management tools, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Product Management experience, and experience working with Sales and Development teams.
