Job Overview

We are seeking motivated professionals to fill positions in Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Research & Development (R&D). These roles are crucial for ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and innovation in our pharmaceutical formulations and APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain quality management systems (QMS).
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory standards.
  • Review and approve quality documents, SOPs, and batch records.
  • Manage deviations, CAPA, and change control processes.

For QA (Quality Assurance):

  • Implement QMS and conduct regular training sessions.
  • Perform internal audits and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of test results.

For QC (Quality Control):

  • Perform routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
  • Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, and others.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of test results.

For R&D (Research & Development):

  • Develop and optimize formulations, processes, or analytical methods for APIs and formulations.
  • Perform literature reviews and feasibility studies.
  • Support scale-up and technology transfer to manufacturing units.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Education: MSc (Organic, Inorganic, Integrated, Analytical, Applied, Pharmaceutical) Chemistry.
  • Experience: (Freshers are welcome to apply).

Key Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical industries.
  • Proficiency in handling analytical instruments and lab tools.
  • Effective communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
