Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance Professional to lead our team in delivering high-quality software products. As a Senior Test Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality assurance initiatives and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure that our software products meet the required quality standards.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to a team of testers and quality assurance engineers to ensure that they have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and design to ensure that quality is integrated into every stage of the software development lifecycle.
  • Quality Metrics and Analysis: Analyze quality metrics and develop reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
