**E Discovery Application Support Role**

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced E Discovery Application Support Engineer to join our team. As an E Discovery Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our users, troubleshooting system-related issues, and maintaining documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user queries regarding application functionality, operations, input/output, and general operating procedures.
  • Troubleshoot system-related problems and coordinate with System Administrators to resolve issues.
  • Produce and maintain reports and/or queries as required.
  • Provide internal and external client support to our tools and applications.
  • Install, configure, and patch internal tools with support from the engineering department.
  • Analyze, develop, and maintain documentation including FAQs, Knowledge Base articles, troubleshooting guides, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage configuration, allocation of VMs, storage, memory, etc. to environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance and stability issues within live environments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent is preferred.
  • Administrative experience supporting Relativity and Nuix.
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting .NET Applications is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior scripting experience using PowerShell or Python is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of SQL Server, SQL Server Management Studio, and Microsoft development tools.
  • Able to read source code, log files, and correlate errors reported in logs with source code.
  • Able to profile and monitor network, disk, SQL Server, and other infrastructure components.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to support the demands of our eDiscovery business.
  • Ability to work across partial US hours during training.
