We're Hiring – Application Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Application Specialist
to support, maintain, and optimize our enterprise applications, ensuring seamless business operations. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the user experience across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage IT service desk tasks, including providing/revoking user access

Deliver technical support for business-critical applications

Monitor performance and ensure high application availability

Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues promptly

Customize applications to align with business needs

Act as the primary contact for application-related queries

Coordinate with vendors for critical issues and enhancements

Technical Skills – Good to Have

3+ years of hands-on development experience in .NET Core
or
Java
(plus scripting languages)

Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services

Expertise in SQL (queries, stored procedures, functions) with
MS SQL Server
and/or
PostgreSQL

Experience in reporting and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI
