Job Title: Application Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Application Support Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for core banking applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and configure Finacle solutions, aligning with industry best practices.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Internet Banking (FEBA Ver. 11.X or higher), including customization, implementation, and configuration.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, applying strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve application problems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, communicating effectively and providing timely updates on project progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Finacle Customization, Implementation, Configuration on versions 7.0.18, 7.0.25, or higher.
  • Expertise in Internet Banking (FEBA Ver. 11.X or higher), Customization, Implementation, and Configuration.
  • Understanding of Banking Operation Logic, RTGS, NEFT, Trade Finance, EOD, BOD.
  • Working knowledge of Finacle UBS version , including FCIDE, FSDP, APDM.
  • Strong proficiency in Finacle Scripting.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to challenging technical tasks within the Finacle environment.
