Job Overview:

As a Service Delivery Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of application support for Retail Net Banking and Mobile Banking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage application support teams to deliver high-quality services to clients in the Banking and Financial Services domain.
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and timely resolution of client issues, escalating critical incidents as needed.
  • Mentor and develop the support team's skills, with a focus on performance improvement and excellence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance service delivery, analyzing and reporting on service metrics and root causes.
  • Oversee compliance with organizational standards during 24/7 shift coverage.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficiency in Linux, PL/SQL, Middleware, and APIs is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Banking and Financial Services, specifically Channels Retail Net Banking and Mobile Banking, is required.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are necessary for success.
  • Leadership and stakeholder management capabilities are also essential.
