Job Opportunity: Senior Credit Management Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to spearhead the end-to-end credit underwriting and monitoring process for personal loans via digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Credit Underwriting Policies:
  2. Develop innovative solutions for credit underwriting based on diverse product constructs
  3. Collaborate with data analysts to analyze underwriting models and validate their performance on existing portfolios
  4. Determine performance benchmarks and identify corrective actions in case of breach
  5. Automate credit policies to minimize manual intervention in assessing creditworthiness
  6. Determine optimal pricing basis segmentation
  7. Standardize policies and processes
  8. Track portfolio profitability and funnel metrics along with risk thresholds

Performance Monitoring:

  1. Analyze portfolio data and recommend policy adjustments to policy heads based on analysis outcomes
  2. Regularly review existing portfolios and conduct analyses to identify high-risk segments
  3. Take actions to mitigate risks identified based on portfolio performance
  4. Monitor delinquent accounts to ensure achievement of company standards/benchmark of delinquency
  5. Identify technological solutions to enhance existing processes and overall portfolio management functions
  6. Analyze management information systems to monitor portfolio performance and risk

New Partner Integrations:

  1. Understand new channel partner products and customer segments
  2. Understand journey, identify available information, and request required data at application time
  3. Create policy based on product, available information, and prevailing models
  4. Facilitate data room exercises for new customer segments
  5. Formulate policy considering expected loss rates
  6. Monitor policy implementation, UAT, and production testing, clearing bottlenecks

Relationship Management:

Maintain relations with partners, credit reporting agencies, and assist in all credit operations
